01 Where are your servers located?
All of our hosting servers are located in Sydney and Brisbane data centres. Our DNS infrastructure is split across two data centres for redundancy. We own and operate every server — we are not reselling someone else's hosting.
02 Do you offer phone support?
No, and intentionally so. Every support conversation goes through live chat (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm AEST) or our 24/7 ticket system, so we have a written record of every issue and every fix. Tickets are answered directly by the sysadmins who run the platform — no L1/L2/L3 escalation, no offshore call centre.
03 Why don't you use cPanel?
We use Enhance — a modern, fast control panel without cPanel's clutter. It does everything cPanel does (sites, email, databases, SSL, file manager, DNS) in a cleaner interface that's faster to navigate. No legacy bloat, no licence-fee pressure.
04 Can I send bulk email or marketing campaigns?
No. We host email for genuine business correspondence only and don't allow bulk/marketing senders on our network. The upside: our outgoing IP reputation stays clean, which means your legitimate emails actually land in inboxes instead of being blocklisted alongside spammers.
05 Do you migrate my site for free?
Yes. On Business and WordPress plans we migrate your existing site at no charge. Just open a ticket with access details and we'll handle it.
06 What's the difference between Standard, Business and E-commerce?
They run on physically different servers. Standard plans share a server with more sites — fine for personal projects and small business pages. Business plans run on lower-density, performance-tuned servers. E-commerce plans run on WooCommerce-optimised servers with object caching and dedicated PHP workers.
